Dr Jeffrey Rothman

Jeffrey Rothman, DDS

Dr. Jeffrey Rothman joined the practice in 2003 after completing his four year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Montefiore Medical Center/ Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.

In 1994, Dr. Rothman earned his Bachelors degree at Emory University in Atlanta, GA and subsequently obtained his dental degree from the University Of Maryland School Of Dental Surgery in 1999. Dr. Rothman graduated Magna Cum Laude from Dental School and was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Dr. Jeffrey Rothman is a fellow in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and became board certified in 2005.
He currently holds an active membership in the American Dental Association and was an officer in the Alexandria Dental Society. Dr. Rothman holds active staff privileges at INOVA Alexandria Hospital. Dr. Rothman currently leads a Spear Education study club of his peers.  He also enjoys participating locally and internationally in volunteer projects. Dr. Rothman has volunteered at the Northern Virginia Dental Clinic and at the Mission of Mercy project for more than 10 years to provide dental care to the community. He has also traveled to the Dominican Republic to treat patients in rural villages. Dr. Rothman's clinical interests include implants, bone grafting, maxillofacial trauma, dentoalveolar surgery (removal of teeth and wisdom teeth), pathology and anesthesia. He is committed to providing the best possible care to all his patients. Dr. Rothman enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He loves hiking, camping, jogging, mountain biking and being in the outdoors.
